MapLink Componentry
The modular product provides unique componentry to support all customer requirements and a wide range of operations. Made up of a core SDK and supporting modules, we facilitate custom development to meet exacting user needs.
Maplink Pro 11’s rearchitected Core SDK, provides the foundational mapping toolkit for map display and analytics. Providing an extensible foundational capability that supports detailed map layers covering a wide range of GEOINT formats. Including specialised defence formats (including CADRG/CIB, NITF, ECRG), maritime formats (e.g. S-57 ENC and AML, S-63, ARCS, BSB), aeronautical formats (including Jeppesen, ARINC, DAFIF), topographic (e.g. OpenStreetMap and Ordnance Survey MasterMap) as well as general purpose formats including Esri FileGeodatabase, Shapefile, GML, KML, DEM/DTM, GeoTIFF, all GDAL/OGR formats, and many more.
MapLink Pro 11 has updated 2D Data rendering abilities and a renewed military symbology capability.
MapLink Pro 11’s Terrain, Tracks and Network SDK allows the building of more dynamic maps in conjunction with 3D Capabilities and MapLink map layers. Giving clients the ability to undertake terrain, Elevation, Bathymetry Analysis, route planning and geometric manipulation.
Within the development of MapLink Pro 11, the 3D module will be consolidated and extended to give applications the ability to display Vector, Raster, Terrain Data and live feeds in 3D with realistic model and texture rendering. Supporting integration of Terrain Elevation, Extrusions and Tracks with Altitude.

Maplink Pro 11 offers versatility for user groups and communities, supporting solutions based on Air, Land, Sea and Space. Examples include Land Management Mapping, Situational Awareness solutions, Maritime ISR Operational Planning, Control Room Decision Support and Training and Simulation.
