Envitia’s Data Discovery Platform (DDP) is an open platform based on open standards for
discovery, management and analysis of information. It pulls together internal and external
silos of data sources to enable a single source of truth in a format that is easily searchable
and available for analytics, AI/ML and other machine-to-machine applications.
Envitia’s recent specialist work within the Ministry of Defence Training and Simulation
domain has delivered substantial benefit. Building on this, our collaboration with
Improbable is an excellent example of partnerships delivering enhanced value to Defence.
Our joint demonstration shows how, through the Skyral Exchange (see video below), a user can apply
Envitia’s search functionality and catalogue federation expertise to access external assets.
These assets might be held by government, commercial company, or an academic
institution.
