Maplink Pro is built with flexibility and sustainability in mind, offering developers:
Due to its ability to provide real-time insights into physical and human geography, GEOINT has become indispensable in today’s interconnected and rapidly evolving world. At its core, GEOINT is the collation of all relevant geo-referenced data to support the decisions of war fighters, emergency responders and decision makers.
In national security, GEOINT is vital for monitoring and predicting global threats. As geopolitical tensions rise and unconventional warfare, including cyber and hybrid threats, becomes prevalent, real-time geospatial data helps governments identify risks, allocate resources and respond effectively.
GEOINT is the situational awareness backbone to C4ISR, enabling the operators to effectively plan, train and execute operations. Envitia’s MapLink Pro has been used by over 200 customers globally to support C4ISR applications, with use cases including:
Maplink Pro for Training and Simulation
As complexity rises, training through simulation becomes increasingly critical to success. By replicating real-world environments and situations, simulation-based training enables Defence forces to build skills, enhance decision-making and adapt to evolving threats without the risks and expenses of live training.
MapLink Pro has a rich history of providing and supporting software for secure military training and simulation applications worldwide, including partnerships with CAE Canada & USA, Curtiss-Wright Tactical Communications Group, Collins Aerospace, US Navy NUWC, Indra and HARTECH.
Maplink Pro is designed to maximise performance in tactical display systems, interoperate in operational environments and simplify GEOINT deployment and exploitation.
Preparing for the next generation: MapLink Pro 11
We are excited to announce that our next generation Maplink Pro 11 will launch in early 2025.
Maplink Pro 11 will allow extensibility and future readiness for users and developers. Through a series of updates throughout 2025 we are planning on helping developers become more efficient, offer enhanced cyber security, support new geospatial formats and symbology and integrate 3D views into the SDK. These improvements, will therefore benefit end users, giving them the ability to quickly iterate, allowing mission readiness of applications and value for money in their solutions.
More information on Maplink Pro 11 will be released over the coming weeks. We look forward to supporting the migration of our existing clients to the new version and have flexible new licensing options available to new clients.
