Support

Envitia provides excellent support whilst you evaluate our software. Engineers are on hand to answer your technical questions and help you develop your test programs.

And our support doesn’t end when you buy our products, of course. Envitia’s support team prides itself on its quick response to queries and providing solutions to those difficult problems that sometimes occur. Email and telephone support are available during UK office hours and you can also log a support call from the support page of the web site.

Training

Computers

Envitia offers a number of training courses to complement its MapLink Pro product.

Details of our standard courses are given below. We can also provide tailored courses to meet individual customer requirements. For instance, the developer course can be extended to include a day's MapLink Studio training. Please contact us for more details.

Courses can be held at Envitia's training facilities at Horsham in the UK or at a customer's site. Courses are normally restricted to a maximum of four people, though larger groups can be accommodated on request.

MapLink Pro Developer Training

This two-day course is aimed at developers who will be using MapLink Pro to develop mapping applications.
