MapRite Capture Tool is chosen by Poole BC

The Borough of Poole captures and maintains a definitive BLPU dataset using TENET’s MapRite Capture Tool. 

One of Borough of Poole’s long term aspirations has been to create and maintain a definitive record of Basic Land & Property Units (BLPUs), but Poole were faced with the usual challenges of limited resources and the ever changing OS MasterMap Topographic layer.

TENET’s MapRite Capture Tool offers an ingenious automated facility for the generation of property boundaries from an underlying OS MasterMap Topography Layer.  The tool continues to manage those assets as Change Only Update data is applied, providing critical impact analysis and suggesting rectified data holdings in sympathy with the changes.
